I’m not the type to talk about myself a lot but I’d still love for people to know me.

Growing up from a small tropical country that doesn’t experience seasonal changes, seasons are one of the changes I love in life.

Elopements are special to me because I also eloped! After being in a long distance relationship for 6 years, my husband Mac and I finally tied the knot at Two-Jack Lake in Banff. I honestly never thought it would happen. I envisioned a big wedding reception with all my friends around the world coming to join me, but eloping is one of the best decisions I have ever made.

Why Elopements in Japan?

Japan is one of my favorite places to travel to. The culture is so different from anywhere else in the world, which can be hard for non-locals to decipher. I personally still get culture shock to this day. I speak fluent Japanese, have my JLPT N1 certification since I was 19. I lived in the Kansai region; specifically Kyoto and Osaka for 2 years. Japan never fails to captivate me whenever I step into the country, it has always feel like another home.
